I’ve experimented with a lot throughout the years but my go-to format right now is:

• Cold pressed (smooth-ish!) watercolour paper

• Holbein Acryla gouache paint

• A variety of sable and high quality acrylic brushes, and Taiwanese calligraphy brushes for the details.
